What is the Whistleblowing Hotline?
The Whistleblowing Hotline is part of the OMEXOM GA Energo s.r.o. Anti-Corruption Program.
It was established as one of the tools (communication channels) to enable the reporting of detected unethical, inappropriate, illegal or other conduct that is in violation of the Code of Ethics and other documents of the company’s Anti-Corruption Program. Use of the Whistleblowing Hotline is strictly voluntary and confidential.
The purpose of the Whistleblowing Hotline is to ensure the protection of employees’ rights and also to protect the company from any illegal or illegitimate activities by both private and public figures.
How are reports processed?
Since the Whistleblowing Hotline is primarily intended for the submission of information that cannot be disclosed publicly or directly for various reasons, its use is strictly voluntary and confidential. Reports are received and evaluated by the Compliance Manager in accordance with the company’s Anti-Corruption Program.
How is the confidentiality of reports ensured?
The Whistleblowing Hotline app allows you to make reports completely anonymously without entering your contact details.
How can I discover the outcome of a report I submitted?
You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation by the Compliance Manager if you provide your contact details.
