Occupational health and safety remains the number one priority at OMEXOM GA Energo. In line with the strategic objectives, the following principles have been introduced:

  • Establishment and maintenance of an OHS management system to ensure compliance with ISO or OHSAS requirements and to create safe working conditions throughout the organization.

  • Establishment of a system for the prevention of injuries and damage to health which, by its nature, will reduce occupational accidents to an acceptable level or even eliminate them altogether.

  • Continuous improvement of all OHS procedures and processes.

  • Application of the best available technologies to minimise the risk of accidents.

  • Taking account of the views and interests of all stakeholders; supplier and subcontractor selection according to OHS requirements.

  • Striving for absolute transparency and information exchange on OHS principles, both between management and employees and with all suppliers and customers, to create awareness of OHS obligations.
