OMEXOM SUMMER UNIVERSITY

The first year of OMEXOM Summer University was a great success

The OMEXOM Summer University was a week-long program designed specifically for university students focused on energy and electrical engineering. The program offered a variety of activities, including lectures, workshops in both Czech and English, construction site visits, an excursion to the learning centre in Korbußen, and informal social events.

The students were mentored by Michal Lovecek, the head of the foreign trade department, and other experts from the company. The special guest of the event was Mackenzie Clements, the OMEXOM brand project manager from VINCI Energies. He talked about the company and his ongoing projects. He also showed the students the job opportunities available to them after graduation, encouraging them to consider a career at VINCI Energies.

Martina Silpochova from the HR Department said, “It was a great opportunity to bring together a fantastic team of people. We believe that many of the students will return to us as employees after completing their studies.”

The response to the OMEXOM Summer University was overwhelmingly positive and plans for the 2024 program are already underway.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE PROGRAM WILL BE OPEN IN SPRING 2024.
