Twenty students from the AGC Secondary School in Teplice, which offers a field of study focused on robotics and automation, visited our Smart City Polygon in mid-January to be introduced to new technologies and their use in practical life.

“Our main aim was to show the students the practical side of what they learn at school and at the same time introduce the possibilities of practical training in our company. The students were most interested in camera system recognition, especially recognition of a firearm or a person”, says the Smart City Polygon project manager Pavel Nemecek, who showed the students around.

The OMEXOM GA Energo company establishes cooperation with high schools and universities, whose students often come from school praxis to work positions in the company. The visit to Smart City Polygon was the first project of cooperation with the Teplice Secondary School.
